Welcome to the Virginia Department of Transportation's (VDOT) Web-based management system of the Local Public Agencies Title VI Reviews. This site is a portal designed to capture the process and related documents of the LPAs Title VI Reviews conducted by the VDOT Civil Rights Division.
The portal is intended to automate and streamline the Title VI review process, as well as establishing a centralized location to manage and gather data files related to/submitted for the review.
The portal contains:
• A platform with the links to four (4) Title VI video modules from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)'s Federal-aid Essentials for Local Public Agencies. This platform is a self-training/evaluation preamble to the Title VI Review of your Agency. Each Local Public Agency is required to view the videos and complete the related evaluations at the beginning of the Title VI Review process.
• A platform with a Title VI Self-Assessment form - a questionnaire intended to capture information and documentation about your agency's Title VI program implementation.
